So far its been approx. 3 1/2 weeks since my boyfriend and my daughter moved in and we all love it here very country like setting my daughter and I are from the inner city all my life from Southie to Quincy never thought of Fall River as a suburb until I moved here we are basically on the border of Freetown very nice area on my first week here I walked my dogs to dog park and on our way back 2 deer had stopped to drink out of the brook then walk across the bridge where water runs under I was in shock how close they were it was awesome! My dog and I just froze in place wished I had my phone with me!!! But a few other residence driving by stopped to look as well then they crossed over hopped into the wooded area and grazed on some grass there it was just really cool...I love the wild life here it's just amazing!! Everyone so far has been so nice our neighbors in our building and ones I have met at the dog park as well ...

My testimonial pertains to the management office and our interactions after I moved in to this building. They treat me with respect and kindness.
The management office always responds very promptly to any inquiries I make, even if it is just to confirm something that many landlords would just ignore. They are very helpful and easy to work with. I feel that they are here to help, and they prove it every time I interact with them.
I appreciate their hard work, and I wanted to share that.

We would like to take the opportunity to thank the staff and management at South Coast Landings in Fall River, MA for their service over the last five years. From the moment we came to sign our lease in the fall of 2007, the entire team has been true professionals. They have made us feel comfortable from the move-in day, by personally showing us the apartment, handing over the keys and explaining every bit of information we needed to know.
We made South Coast Landings our home for the next five years, since January 19th, 2008. Even the transition process from Aimco to South Coast Landings was smooth and it did not cause any stress for the residents.
The Leasing Center staff was always courteous and the environment was always one where one could feel comfortable to sit and talk with the staff memebers. Mrs. Carla Vieira is a remarkable person and we would like to applaud her professionalism at all times, irrespective of the situation. It was easy to approach her with any problem. While we were on a long vacation, she made sure that her staff took care of our mail and checked our apartment. The maintenance staff were very efficient and they responded to all of our requests on time, they also patiently listened to our needs.
Unfortunately, we had to move because of a change at work. Leaving South Coast Landings was very difficult, however the staff made the move out process and inspection very smooth. Ms. Carla Vieira and her team made it as stress free as could be throughout the whole process.
We would like to thank you once again for all the support given by South Coast Landings LLC management.

Hello, my name is Terry Monacelli and my husband and I were residents at South Coast Landings from April to November of this year.
We moved from Arizona in April and were very nervous about having to locate and rent an apartment from across the country, without seeing the location or meeting the staff in person. After looking at several properties online and making several calls we decided on South Coast Landings.
When we arrived, we found the property very clean and well taken care of. Melinda was a pleasure to meet and she has been our go to person ever since. She is professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. We have to say that having her at your property is a huge benefit to your company. Also the maintenance staff is courteous and prompt. The apartment building itself was quite and well maintained and gave us a sense of security and comfort.
We moved a few days ago because we purchased a home. We enjoyed our time at South Coast Landings and have told many people about all of its positive attributes.
Please tell Melinda, Ronny, George and the rest of the staff that we appreciate the great job that they are doing and to keep up the good work. Their pride shows in the entire community!

Also, I wish to thank the Maintenance Staff again for all the super plowing they did. I think the first night of the storm they worked all night. Is that true? I know Jorge, and is it Ron who has the beard and mostly shaven head? He's very nice. I got to see him plowing again yesterday and was able to thank him in person. The employees at South Coast Landing are really the cream of the crop. All of you in the front office and the maintenance staff as well, are what make the place feel like a really cared-for home. I couldn't be happier. Please tell Ron, if that is his name, that I think he's totally awesome. I hope you are well and staying nice and warm!
